“No Time” is No Excuse - Killer 15min WOD
I did this with my Little Stacy Park boot camp on Wednesday and it ROCKED. Take it on tonight before you hit Happy Hour and earn that margarita!
Every minute on the minute complete the specified number of reps as quickly as possible. Rest for the remainder of the minute. The quicker you go, the more rest you get - SIMPLE! (But, not easy!)
5, 1 minute-long rounds each (complete all 5 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next):
- 15 Burpees
- 20 Situps
- 35 Squats (no weight)
3, 2, 1….GO!
